In one round Florence Ogg McClusky scored 2-2-2-2-2 on holes # 4, 6, 8, 10 and 13.

Double Eagle - As an Ace
There have been a few double eagles on a par five (particularly on the 5th hole). But the records are incomplete. The only double eagle known as a hole-in-one is on the women's par four fourth hole by Alexis Kelleher, in 2005.
